Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between MotionLibrary.io (“MotionLibrary”, “we”, “us”) and you (“User”, “you”).

By accessing or using motionlibrary.io and any related services, content, or subscriptions (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

  • “Digital Assets” means video files, motion graphics, templates, animations, and other audiovisual content available on the Service.
  • “Service” means the MotionLibrary website, platform, and related services.
  • “Subscription” means a paid or free access plan offered by MotionLibrary.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your active Subscription, MotionLibrary grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Digital Assets in accordance with the applicable License Agreement.

The license allows use of assets in finished end products such as videos, films, advertisements, websites, and social media content.

Use Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Digital Assets as standalone files.
  • Make assets available in competing stock libraries.
  • Allow third parties to extract or download assets separately.
  • Use assets in illegal, defamatory, or misleading content.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or download content.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). MotionLibrary does not store your full payment details.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no Digital Assets were downloaded during that period. Refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your Subscription at any time via your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionLibrary shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MotionLibrary.io is established.
